The Hibiscus Café by Grayton Beach Catering is excited to announce the return of Brunch in the Backyard of Love and a special Saturday Breakfast for Families this Labor Day Weekend! We are kicking the fall season off with two great events! Saturday is family day in the Backyard of Love with Huck & Lilly and on Sunday we will have Brunch and Mimosas in the Backyard of Love. Our featured charity for the weekend is Food for Thought. A portion of all cafe and beverages sales will be donated to support their goal of enhancing local children’s development and education experience by bridging the gap between school meals during weekends and holiday breaks .
Saturday Breakfast in The Backyard of Love
Huck and Lilly will be performing from 10 to noon on Saturday. We love Huck and Lilly! Kids have so much dancing and singing along with their colorful cast of characters and adults get a kick out of their witty songs.
Matilda Jane will also be setup in the Backyard of Love on Saturday morning. If you are not familiar with Matilda Jane, they have the most adorable clothes for little girls and some seriously enviable outfits and décor items for moms.
We have great breakfast items for the whole family and of course mimosas for all the adults. A portion of the café and bar proceeds will be donated to Food for Thought.
Food for Thought provides over 1 million food items to children in Walton and Okaloosa County every year. This is such a great charity and we will donate 20% of all the brunch bar and café sales to them. Food for Thought! The funds will go directly to the Food for Thought Backpack Program which supports over 2,400 children with 270,000 meals annually.
